This project is part of the development for the former harbour of Dublin. Industrial areas should transform into a new quarter with multiple urban qualities. As a landmark and urban icon for this part of the city an office-building including restaurants and bars should by proposed. A special focus of the client was the studio of the band U2 to be integrated into the top floors of the tower element with own elevators and parking lots.

Because of the location of the Tower at the perimeter of the Grand Canal Dock we think it needs more than a commercial office program to create a lively, urban condition. The gross floor areas of 25.000 square meters provide the crucial substance to develop the desired urban density at Britain Quay, this important point of the Dublin Docklands.
