How to design a building with mostly offices and little extra areas for non-office-uses to get something exceptional? We interpreted this new landmark as a slab of knowledge with free floating social and recreational capsules in it. A solid block of "working knowledge" hold and formed by the structure of every office: social areas to spend the breaks and chat with colleagues. We added theses zones to the cores and got a continuous smooth shape - the building’s "backbone" which reflects changing demands of working life. More introverted and more independent from the backbone additional “capsules” also shape the volume and create a local differentiation.
