The challenge for the design of the „Golf Tower“ in Lima, Peru was to provide luxury apartment in a high-rise building. The site is located next to the Lima golf course in the city center and provides a spectacular view of the golf course to the North and a more limited view to the Pacific in the South.

Our goal was to maximize the view of all apartments while maintaining the privacy of the living spaces. The rooms to the north are flexible in their combination and through floor to ceiling folding doors and a continues terrace along the facade the all rooms open up towards the golf course and provide an exceptional outside space within the apartments. The moveable sunshades cover the entire facade and ensure privacy various degrees, depending on the preferences of the users.
