Within this constrains we developed a single element that could take care of most of the questions. This element is a stripe in the width of the site , bend to form the roof, the facade and the ceiling. This stripe created an enclosure for the upper floors that faced the street side and allowed an open facade towards the garden. The ground floor was kept “open”, providing the collective spaces for the family members. It was also set back and created with the basement volume the entry situation.

The nature flows freely from the sloping terrain through the open ground floor

The top floors let the nature in and open up towards the garden
